With its 180-mm disc and its small gear head, the GWS 18V-180 P reaches the same cutting depth as a 230-mm large angle grinder but with up to 35% less weight. Its BITURBO Brushless technology gives enough power for fast cuttings in multiple materials. A high user protection is one of its highlights as the PROtection switch immediately shuts off the angle grinder as soon as the switch is released and KickBack Control prevents unexpected kickback, while the Intelligent Brake System shortens the braking time considerably.

The GWS 18V-180 P Professional cuts all kind of metal, concrete, bricks, and tiles. The angle grinder is compatible with all Bosch Professional 18V batteries and chargers (Professional 18V System) and with all AMPShare Alliance 18V batteries and chargers; for maximum power, use ProCORE18V ≥ 5.5 Ah. Also compatible with AMPShare, the multi-brand battery alliance.Among the angle grinder features are Restart Protection, Soft Start, and a Vibration Control side handle.
