Nippon Paint 5102 Odourless Water Based Wall Sealer 1L, 5L and 20L

Odour-less Ultra Sealer 5102 is a high quality, water-based, environmentally favorable product with low odour and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) during application and drying. It is formulated for use on interior and exterior masonry surfaces to resist alkaline attack and provide good substrate adhesion for subsequent topcoats.

Use This Paint on interior masonry surfaces such as concrete/cement, fiber-cement panels and partition panels/plasterboards as a sealer.

Roller or brush

THEORETICAL COVERAGE:

10 – 12m² /litre (30 μm DFT/coat), depending on surface texture, substrate porosity and method of application

DRYING TIME:

Surface Dry – 30 minutes at 30°C

Hard Dry – 1 hour at 30°C

OVERCOATING TIME:

2 hours based on normal conditions
