Free delivery is provided for orders above SGD $100.00 in a single transaction. 

For orders below SGD $100.00, there will be a delivery fee ranging from SGD $4.00 to SGD $10.00 depending on the item size & weight.

Self-collection is welcome for urgent orders. Please liase with us before heading down to ensure that the stock item is readily available at the specific branch you want to do self-collection at.

For online orders on our website, Credit Card payment is available. For purchase at our shop, currently only Cash or Pay Now is available.

Orders that comes in before 2pm will be processed on that day itself and dropped off to third party delivery services on the same day. For others that comes in after 2pm, we will process and drop off the following day. For bulky items orders, deliveries will be completed within 3 to 5 working days by our own fleet.

As much as we respect and prioritize customer service, we regret to inform you that we are unable to arrange any refund for unsatisfied orders.  However, in the event that you meet any of the listed situation below, please raise your case to us and we will assess it professionally. Approved cases will be allowed to do a one time exchange. Final decision after assessment of all cases will be decide by us (Ban Soon Hardware & Hydraulic Supply).

To raise a case, please send us photos of the product together with your Invoice & Delivery Order and Customer Service team will review it closely. 

• you have received damaged product.
• you have received the wrong product / model / size.
• you have received  an expired product.
• you have purchased a wrong item.

Please note that we will only assess your case if it is still within 7 days of receiving your order.
